If you think you're suffering from chronic prostatitis symptoms, then the last thing you should do is put off getting checked out by a urologist or your doctor. If you don't address the problem right away, it can balloon into blood pressure problems and, in some cases, even death.
What kind of prostate problems does this condition cause?
Chronic prostatitis symptoms range all over the map.
They can include the usual problems with peeing, of course. Including having to pee all the time (even at night, making a good night's sleep all but impossible), while driving in your car or when you are nowhere near a bathroom.
You might also have pain in your penis and testicle areas, too.
But the symptoms people don't usually think about (and most of us would not really think are "prostate" problems) are the non genital-related ones. The ones that have nothing to do with your urinating or sex drive or anything like that.
For example, symptoms may also include getting a bad fever, having the "chills" (even when in a warm environment when you'd normally sweat), feeling nauseated and vomiting.
If you let this problem go, you may find yourself unable to urinate at all!
And, as mentioned earlier, you can also have blood pressure issues and, in some cases, even die from it if left untreated.
So if you have any chronic prostatitis symptoms, don't mess around. Get to a urologist immediately. Waiting may only make it worse and can have far more painful (and life challenging) consequences later.
