If a 16% decrease in fatalities is
observed, the numbers of accidents and injuries are rising. In addition, the
number of motorcyclists without safety
vest killed is clearly increasing compared to the same year.
While the main factors of accidents are
excessive speed and not adapted to driving conditions, 60% of accidents in
light vehicles took place under the influence of alcohol or drugs, weekends and
